They Call Me Mellow Yellow - Limoncello at 2 Weeks

Well, it's been two weeks since I "laid down" the Limoncello. It smells really good. Very lemony with hints of cardamom giving it a kind of exotic aroma.

There is still some color to the peels. From what I have read, the peels will turn white when everything has been extracted.

At this point I am just going to leave it for another 30 days.
