Wordless Wednesday - Cauliflower "Steak" with Gremolata
Cauliflower steaks are genius! You don’t have to cut individual florets, you just slice the entire head, from top to bottom, forming steaks. The steaks look like fans and are so pretty to serve. Roasting the cauliflower brings out the best flavor and the simple ginger-soy sauce is amazing. ---Gilberto E. Oxendine link to homepage
I have seen so much talk about cauliflower steaks, I am going to try them next time I get some cauliflower. Yours looks so yummy.
ReplyDeleteCauliflower steaks are a delicious substitute for "Potato", but for me, what really makes it is the gremolata. It tastes like spring.
